Wade Wilson, a.k.a. Deadpool goes on a quest to save a troubled and destructive young mutant named Russell (Julian Dennison) from death or permanent incarceration. On Russell's trail is the Terminator-like time-traveling mutant Cable (Josh Brolin) who is targeting Russell for heinous crimes committed in the future.
